Is a clinical research study right for me?

To take part in the AMPLITUDE clinical research study, there are certain requirements you must meet. You can find out if you may be eligible by selecting your preferred research site from the list below and clicking ‘Select site’ to begin the questionnaire.

If you appear eligible, you will have the opportunity to enter your contact information to allow your preferred site to contact you to discuss the study further and determine your suitability.

If your preferred site states ‘RECRUITING NOW’, your contact information will be shared with the site via secure email. If your preferred site states ‘RECRUITING SOON’, your contact information will be shared with the site via secure email when the site begins recruiting. Sites with a status of “NO LONGER ACCEPTING WEBSITE REFERRALS” are unable to accept potential participants from the website.
